After a series of urban day retreats in London, a number of wellness brunch events & collaborations, a big charity event with UN Women raising awareness for gender equality and rural retreats in Shropshire, the pair are rolling up their yoga mats and heading up into the hills of Tarifa, the Southern most tip of Spain, to host a 4 day sunshine retreat at Casa Dalia, an eco house overlooking Africa...
Happy & Wild invite you to join them in a refreshing journey of exploration for both the body & the mind. The retreat will provide you with the tools to nurture & re-invigorate your mental and physical fitness to re-ground yourself in a perfect place for peace & tranquility.
The schedule will be full with morning meditations, vinyasa flow, yin & restorative yoga in the sunshine, empowering workshops, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), delicious fresh locally sourced food, hikes in the idyllic nature reserve & trips to the secret beach, with options to have relaxing massages & do some paddle boarding in the ocean.
This retreat has been specifically designed for you to re-claim your inner power - giving you the chance to slow down, fully nourish yourself & press the reset button, closing the summer in the most perfect way.

The first in the series is 1st September 9.30am - 12pm at East London’s National Trust Sutton House, London where Wild Oats invite you to share a calming morning of pranayama into a vinyasa yoga flow before sitting down to a healthy hearty brunch.
As the seasons begin to change, they invite you to join them for reflection, nourishment & serenity.
