Join Wild Thing Yoga for an hours slow and juicy flow. Re-connecting body and mind, working with intuition and slowing down the pace a little. Often at the start of the year we go full steam ahead with our resolutions, goals and intentions that when February arrives we’re exhausted and in need of a break all over again.
Instructor Deanne Oliver-Pickard invites you to hit the reset button with her: flowing into those sweet spots and breathing deep, lengthening the muscles & stilling the mind.
