Sacred Sunday’s is a series of wellness events held in the gorgeous new space of Studio 50, in Hove.

Join Wild Thing Yoga & Rachel McDermott Yoga Brighton for a beautiful day designed just for you.

We’ll host a morning of breath work to connect a little deeper, a workshop on essential oils to learn about the benefits & healing properties, followed by a heart opening yoga flow set to music.

Surrounded by white washed walls & blooming flowers, we'll then feast on plant based brunch with WolFøx Hove.

We’ve partnered with some wonderful brands to give each guest a goodie bag filled with treats to take home.

After the amazing success of 2018 Studio iO are now joining About Balance at Sea Lanes Brighton to bring you more beach yoga this summer - this year will be bigger, better and stronger with lots of classes to offer you!

Wild Thing Yoga, Holly Cooper Yoga & Lauren AcroYoga from Studio iO will be teaching some open FREE yoga classes on Saturday 11th to kick start the merriments!

Join Deanne at 12pm for an hour on the mat to breathe in the fresh sea air, with amazing views, an epic soundtrack as well as the glorious sounds of the sea.

She’ll be guiding a juicy flow open to all levels of practice & maybe we can have a dip in the sea afterwards! There is also a wood-fired BEACH BOX sauna on-site, open all year round. As well as BBQ, indoor changing, hot showers, cold ice buckets for those that wanna get crazy & a chill out area....

Wild Thing Yoga and Studio iO would like to invite all mothers, daughters, sisters and female loved ones to an hour of slow flow yoga followed by yoga nidra and head massage with essential oils this Mother’s Day.

Yoga Nidra, is a yogi sleep - a powerful meditation technique to help the mind and body to fully relax, releasing any tension and stress away in savasana sensory experience. 

After the session we will provide a warming, healthy tea and nourishing yogi snack.

Each participant will receive a Wild Eight candle to take home with them.
